I love getting above the vineyards, but there aren't a lot of vantage points in Napa and Sonoma that allow this kind of view, hence a high number of my wine country photographs are from the Carneros Region, where I can achieve this vantage point.

This a a strong combination of light and composition on the cusp of summer. It is a place I photograph often, see "Last Colors" and "Mixed Colors" to see this location in fall colors.
