"Hillside Fog"

BUY

Coastal fog generally creeps in from the sea on late summer afternoons, but it can occur in any season when the interior landmass has warm temperatures.

In this image, the coastal fog creeps over the top Bolinas Ridge

and into an adjoining valley.

I love photographing on Mt Tamalpais at all times of the year, but it is especially nice when the coastal fog works its way over the hills.
