Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo) has transformed from its industrial roots into a sophisticated neighborhood boasting upscale condos, restaurants, and boutiques.

I am a big fan of the preservation and repurposing of historic buildings. One such building, the "Ice House," erected in 1903, underwent a transformation in 1990 when it was converted into stylish lofts. It stands as a great photographic subject, showcasing the blend of history and modernity in LoDo.
