In late winter, I spend a lot of time photographing the mustard. The bushy vines of the summer are gone, and the structure of the vineyard comes into play.

The mustard adds drama to the landscape. It says "green can be overrated". At least I think I heard it say that once. In this picture, I use a low depth of field to emphasize the mustard, the shapes, and the colors.
