The Laguna de Santa Rosa is a vast wetland area that drains the Santa Rosa plain to the Russian River. In the spring there is a great display of mustard.

This year, the mustard was incredible and I told myself that if I can't get a great picture of this, then I should quit photography. Luckily I made this photograph, which has stood the test of time.
