Custom weekend workshops run from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, or you can schedule a three-day equivalent during the week if you prefer quieter locations and softer crowds. We’ll explore some of the most stunning destinations within a 2–4 hour drive of the Bay Area — from coastal cliffs to inland valleys, redwood forests to vineyard landscapes. Longer-distance destinations are also available for an additional cost.

Past participants have crafted unforgettable weekends exploring the ancient redwoods of Humboldt County and the rolling hills and vineyards of Napa and Sonoma Wine Country. Your custom workshop will be fully tailored to your creative ambitions and your choice of setting.

To reserve your weekend: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of your workshop. Rates start at $995 for 1 to 2 people.
