Petaluma Passageway
Petaluma Passageway

This image captures a passageway that runs between American Alley and Kentucky Street in downtown Petaluma—a spot that, to me, has always felt more European than Californian. The old-world charm of the wrought-iron lamps, the worn steps, and the textured wall give it the kind of character you might find in a quiet corner of Paris or Florence. I photographed it in just the right afternoon light, then layered textures and drawn elements to bring out that timeless, storybook quality.
It’s part of my Petaluma Landmarks series, highlighting the spaces that give the town its soul. There’s only one print left, and it’s being offered at a significant discount. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. If you love Petaluma’s hidden corners—and those places that feel like they belong to another time and place—this piece is a perfect fit.
